摘要
分析了企业集成环境下各部门在实际运行中对BOM的使用需求，提出了满足企业集成环境下BOM的处理方法，建立了基于产品结构树的BOM处理机制，包括BOM的自动产生和维护，同时提出了支持变型设计的BOM存储新策略，有效地解决了企业在集成环境下BOM数据爆炸问题，为企业高效地使用BOM信息提供了可靠的途径。
The user requirements for the bill of materials (BOM) from different departments in the enterprise. The BOM processing method based on product structure is proposed to meet the integration of the enterprise. The automatic creation and maintenance of the BOM are supplied. In order to solve the problem of BOM explosion, a new strategy of BOM storage for the variant design is proposed, which assures effectively access by all the users in the whole enterprise.
