摘要
物料清单的结构和分解算法的基本问题是在保证系统的维护性基础上,如何解决物料清单操作所带来的系统效率问题,这对于C IMS系统的实施与运行的效率有着直接的影响。分析了三种常用物料清单的构造方法的优缺点,提出了BOM应用的新结构模型。
One of the basic concerns of Bill of Materials ( BOM ) is how to satisfy the conflict requirements between the system maintenance and its running efficiency. Regarding to the concern ,the importance of the BOM structure and related disassemble arithmetic are addressed in order to ensure CIMS system running accurately, smoothly and efficiently. Three common BOM structures are analyzed, Based on the result of the analysis,a comprehensive BOM structure model is presented.
