摘要
以茧蜂的保存标本和新鲜的蚜虫标本为材料 ,选用 6种干燥法处理 .试验结果表明 :除临界点干燥法外 ,酒精浸泡标本、针插标本及含水量较少的新鲜样品可采用简便、快速的自然干燥法或氮气干燥法 ;
Six drying methods were used to treat preserved specimens of braconid wasp and fresh specimens of aphid, respectively. Besides critical point drying method, natural drying method and nitrogen drying method which were rapid and easy to handle were fit for alcohol soaked and needled specimens as well as the fresh specimens with low water content, meanwhile T butyl alcohol freeze drying method was fit for the fresh specimens with high water content.
