摘要
从目的基因、基因转化途径、植株再生技术及存在的问题等方面综述了近年来甘薯基因转化的研究进展 。
The literature on the foreign genes, methods of genetic transformation, plant regeneration and the existing problems of sweet potato is reviewed, and the future development of gene transformation of sweet potato is also discussed.
