针对电镀电源手动控制易引起镀件表面质量问题，研制了以 ８０Ｃ１９６ＫＣ为核心的电 镀电源控制系统，实现了对电镀电源的自动控制．实际运行表明，提高了表面质量，并且结构 简单，可靠性高．
