摘要
通过对影响分离的因素如树脂种类、料液pH值等的研究 ,确定了离子交换法从解钼液中分离回收钨钼的最佳条件。在最佳条件下 ,进行综合实验 ,解析液中钨钼比达14,可以返回主流程 ,钨的回收率可达75%。树脂用碱性次氯酸钠溶液再生 ,盐酸转型后 ,重复使用性能稳定。
In this article the optimal separation condition of W and Mo from Mo stripping solution by ion exchange is determined through the tests of separation factors such as resin types,PH of solution,etc.After the synthetical tests are done under this optimal condition, the WO3/Mo can reach 14 in the desorbed solution and as much as 75% of WO3 can be recovered after the desorbed solution returns the main pro_cess. The resin features stable reusability when regenerated with alkali NaClO and transformed by HCI.
