摘要
考察了用D35 4树脂从解钼液中回收钨钼的情况。在pH =3,接触时间为 40min时 ,D35 4树脂能吸附 97%以上的钨钼 ,钨钼共吸附的饱和吸附容量可达 0 2 38mol/L湿树脂 ;用 1 0 %NaOH做解吸剂 ,解吸效果很好 ,解吸液中WO3和Mo的最大浓度分别可达 1 0 0g/L和 36g/L ;树脂用碱性次氯酸钠再生 ,盐酸转型后 ,重复使用性能稳定。
Investigation is made on the recovery of Mo and W from Mo stripping solution with D354 resin. >97% W and Mo is absorbed with D354 at pH=3 and contact time 40min. And the saturated absorbing capacity from W/Mo coadsorption can reach 0.238 mol/ml wet resin. The stripping results are excellent with 10% NaOH as strippant,the max concentration of WO 3 and Mo in the stripping solution can reach 100 g/l and 36 g/l respectively. The resin features stable reusability when regenerated with alkali NaClO and transformed by HCl.
