摘要
将社区建设置于社会转型的大背景下 ,深入思考社区建设面临的挑战与艰巨任务 ,同时 ,通过对当前我国部分地区在社区建设认识上的诸多误区进行分析 ,以期找到社区建设的切实可行的途径 ,并据此提出有关政策建议。
Setting community under the macro-background of social transition, this paper puts forward some thinking in depth of the challenges and difficult tasks in the construction of community and analyses the many misunderstandings as to the construction of community in order to find the practical and feasible way to the construction of community. Therefore, it brings forth some suggestions as to the policies.
