摘要
社会管理创新的表述经历了从"社会管理体制创新"到"完善社会管理"再到"加强和创新社会管理"与"提高社会管理科学化水平"的转变。在文字表述变化的背后,蕴含着社会管理创新政策内涵和具体内容的转变。随着加强和创新社会管理作为重大战略性任务继续推进,社会学、政治学、法学等各学科均展开了对社会管理创新的研究,涉及社会管理创新的概念、内涵、路径、策略等方面。
The expression of the social management innovation has been modified from Social Management System Innovation and Social Management Improvement to Strengthening and Innovation of Social Management and Raising Scientific Level of Social Management. Behind the representation changes in the text, the policy implication and specific content of social management innovation have also changed. With Strengthening and innovation of social management as a major strategic task continue to promote, Sociology, political science, law and other disciplines have launched the study of social management innovation, involving the concept, connotation, the path, strategy of social management innovation.
