摘要
利用高效薄层色谱 (TLC)分离技术和表面增强拉曼散射技术 (SERS)的结合 ,获得了分析大豆甙元成分的新方法。SERS结果表明 ,在TLC原位约 3μg样品就可获得大豆甙元的主要振动特征谱带。通过表面增强光谱揭示出SERS与固体光谱的异同 ,并指明了大豆甙元与银溶胶的吸附模式。TLC -SERS使高效分离与指纹性鉴定结合 ,可对化学成分进行高灵敏度的检测。
A new Method for analysing the ingredients of daidzin using the high-efficiency thin-layer chromatographic(TLC) and the surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopic(SERS) techniques is reported. The results show that the main characteristic spectral bands of daidzin can be obtained at the TLC spot with the minimum of 3μg sample. The difference between the SERS and solid spectra can be found and an absorption model of daidzin and silver sol is proposed.The effective combination of TLC and SERS can be used to analyse the chemical ingredients with high sensitivity.
