摘要
目的研究大豆甙元对去卵巢大鼠的子宫阴道重量、形态的影响。方法选择Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组及大豆甙元组,每组10只,给药六周后处死大鼠,分离摘取子宫、阴道并称取湿重,常规石蜡包埋,切片,HE染色。结果大豆甙元能使去卵巢大鼠子宫及阴道的重量增加,上皮增厚,但作用弱于雌激素。结论大豆甙元具有雌激素活性,对去卵巢大鼠的子宫及阴道有一定的作用。
Objective To study the influence of dadizein on the weight and shape of uterus and vagina in ovariectomy rats. Methods In this study, 40 adult female Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups. These are： the sham-oprated group（10 rats）, the model group（10 rats） , the estrogen group （10 rats） and the daidzein group（10 rats）. Afer 6 weeks, all rats were killed and the uterus and vagina were excised and weighted , the uterine and vaginal tissues in each group were studied with the methods of HE. Results Daidzein could increase the weight and the thickness of uterus and vagina, but the effect was less intensity than estrogen. Conclusions Daictzein have the estrogen action.
