摘要
本文论述了西南交通大学牵引动力国家重点实验室近几年来在轮轨接触力学及其应用研究方面的最新研究成果 ,其中包括Kalker三维弹性体非Hertz滚动接触理论的全尺寸模型试验验证、高速动态轮轨蠕滑力的试验研究、基于理论和数值方法的轮轨接触表面粗糙度和污染影响的分析、高速粘着和脱轨试验研究及其机理分析 ,对钢轨的波磨现象也作了论述 ,并提出了今后的研究方向。
In this paper, new advances in the field of wheel/rail rolling contact mechanics and their applications are overviewed. Emphasis lies upon the research carried out in the National Traction Power Laboratory in recent years. The full scale validation of Kalker′s wheel/rail creep law is described and the effects of surface roughness and contamination were determined by experiments based on theoretical analyses. Special attention is laid upon the mechanism of wheel/rail adhesion and derailment safety. A brief overview of rail corrugation has been also given to indicate the related research required in the future. To combine theory with practice is the basic work principle of the National Traction Power Laboratory and is reflected in this paper.
