摘要
高校外国文学教师不仅要承担高校文学教学和学术建设的任务 ,而且还是我国改革开放、社会主义精神文明建设的重要力量 ,因而 ,加强其思想素质、业务素质建设以及提高其外语水平 ,是时代发展的需要。本文从这支队伍的现状出发 ,探讨了这支教师队伍素质建设的重要性以及我国目前形式下所能采取的学校正规教育。
The teachers who take foreign literature teaching as their task at universities undertake the task of teaching and academic studies. Besides, they are a branch of the important force for promoting both our country’s open policies and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Therefore, it is the requirement of our socialist development that we should enhance their thinking, teaching and foreign language qualities. This article,based on the actual situations of the present day teachers at universities and colleges,discusses the importance of this kind of construction and the three effective ways to carry out this kind of construction.
