摘要
分析了一部分大专学报在兴办过程中所面临的办刊条件差、稿源状况欠佳、编排规范不理想等现状及其原因，提出了构建大专学报个性特色、提高办刊质量的若干设想，阐述了加强学报业务主管对各校学报评估督导的重要性。
By analysing the difficulties and problems with which some junior colleges academic journals are facing such as poor running conditions, unsatisfactory contribution sources, non-standardized layout and so on, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the quality and develop the features of acadamic journals, points out the importance of evaluation and supervision from the department-in-charge.
