摘要
论述了高职高专办好学报的途径,提出了相关建议,并指出了其在促进教师科研水平提高进而推动学院整体科研水平提升方面的重要作用。
This paper expounds the approach to running well a joumal in higher vocational institutes, puts forwards some relevant suggestions and points out its important role in improving the research standard of the staff and the whole institute.
