摘要
通过离体、活体实验研究了TBTCl对鲤鱼鳃、肾、脑中Na+ K+ ATPase的毒性作用 .在活体实验中 ,对TBTCl的敏感性 ,脑 >肾 >腮 .离体实验中 ,TBTCl对鳃、肾、脑Na+ K+ ATPase的IC50 值分别为 1.38,1.2 3和 1.0 7μmol/L .选取脑酶源进行TBTCl对Na+ K+ ATPase作用机理的探讨 ,发现TBTCl对Na+ ,K+ 和底物分别是Na+ K+ ATPase的非竞争性抑制剂 .
The toxic effects of tributyltin chloride (TBTCl) on gill, kidney and brain Na + K + ATPase in Cyprinus carpio were studied in vitro and in vivo . In vivo experiments showed that the degree of sensibility of Na + K + ATPase to TBTCl is expressed as following: brain >kidney>gill and IC 50 values of TBTCl were 1.38, 1.23 and 1.07μmol/L respectively. In the mechanism study on brain enzyme source, TBTCl is a noncompetitive inhibito of Na + and ATP to Na + K + ATPase, meanwhile, it is an anti competitive in hibitor of K +.
