摘要
球根秋海棠、蟆叶秋海棠、竹节秋海棠、柔毛秋海棠的幼叶采用悬浮培养法用于多芽体诱导 ,诱导培养基为MS +2、4 -D0 .0 2mg/L(单位下同 ) +NAA0 .1 5+BA1 .2 ,诱导率为 1 0 0 %。多芽体置于MS +BA0 .5+NAA0 .1的扩增培养基中不断增殖 ,每月的增殖倍数为 1 5-2 0。扩增中的大苗分割后放入生根培养基中生根 ,生根培养基为 2 /3MS +NAA0 .2 +IAA0 .4 ,1 2 -1
Multiple shoots were induced from leaf of B.tuberhybrida,B.rex,B.president-Carnot,B.henryi via floating Culture.The inducing medium is MS+2,4-D0.02mg/L(the following unit is same)+NAA0.15+BA1.2,the inducing frequency of test explant is 494.5%.Muptile shoots propagate index is 15-200 time per month.During propagation,the large plant was moved to rooting medium 2/3MS+NAA0.2+IAA0.4 for rooting,after 12-15day,the rooted plant transplant to pot.
