摘要 本文用逐步回归法对影响人体血中COHb水平的20个因素进行筛选,当F=3.02时,交通警察、吸烟年限、CO日平均接触浓度、中小学教师、机关干部、年龄、旅馆和浴池服务员及大学生8个因素有统计显著性,其中有5种职业,其余均无统计显著性,提醒有关部门要注意这5种职业,同时大力提倡戒烟,尽可能地降低环境中CO浓度,以提高人群的健康水平。 Twenty factors which affect the COHb levels of human blood were screened by the method of stepwise regression. When F is 3.02; eight of the twenty factors are of sta-tistcal significancejwhich include traffic Police, smoking history, daily average exposure concentration of CO, Primary and secondary school teachers, office workers, age, waiters of hotels and public baths, and college students;five of which are of Profession. The rest of the twenty are of no statistical significance.Government departments concerned were reminded of paying due attention to the five professions. Meanwhile quitting smoking should be energetically encouraged in order to lower CO level of our environment and raise the population health to a higher Level.
