摘要
本文在遥感技术系统分析的基础上,给出了一个效益分析模型与相应的一些计算方法。在找寻提高遥感效益关键所在及制定遥感发展战略、政策和规划的过程中,它们是一个非常有效的工具。
Based on Systematic analysis of Remote Sensing techniques, a benefit analysis model and its calculative methods are presented in this paper. They are a very powerful tool for finding out key points to increase the benefits from remote sensing and its applications and for making the development strategy, policy and planning of remote sensing.
