摘要
本文针对TM5速率控制模型存在图象质量上下不均衡的问题 ,提出了一种基于片层的速率控制方法 ,具体给出了算法模型 ,并与TM5进行了算法仿真结果比较 .本文的方法在一定程度上改善了图象内下部的质量 。
An improved rate control algorithm slice based rate control algorithm is provided in this paper.Through changing the bit allocating unit from a picture to a slice,it solves the problem of quality unbalance within a picture caused by using TM5 rate control method.Further more it improves the overall quality of the picture.
