摘要
为了提高输电线路继电保护的动作速度 ,提出了一种基于行波的方向继电器——波阻抗方向继电器 ,它根据初始电压和电流行波的比值来判别故障方向。文中讨论了该继电器的动作判据 ,分析了其动作特性。初步理论分析表明所提继电器具有方向性好、动作迅速、构成简单等良好性能。
A travelling wave based new directional relay named surge impedance relay is presented. Its basic principle is that the direction of fault is determined by the ratio of initial voltage wave and initial current wave. Its operating criteria are given and operating characteristics are described. The primary analysis shows that the new relay possesses satisfactory characteristics, such as explicit expression of fault direction, simplicity and fast operating time.
