摘要
为避免电流互感器(TA)暂态饱和问题,提出了一种新型的分布式母线保护:基于小波变换识别各线路的暂态行波功率方向,然后比较所有线路的暂态行波功率方向来判别母线区内外故障。该母线保护可以利用已有的输电线行波方向保护而不需专用的母线保护设备,可以利用小波算法解决分布式结构中的同步问题,因而比常规分布式母线保护更易于实现和节省投资。理论分析和EMTP仿真试验表明:该母线保护动作快速可靠,基本不受故障类型、故障过渡电阻、故障距离和故障初始角的影响。
In order to avoid problems caused by current transformer(TA) transient saturation, this paper presents a new distributed bus protection, which distinguishes between internal and external faults of the protected bus by c omparing the power directions of transient traveling-waves of transmission lines using the wavelet transform. The bus protection may be implemented conveniently and economically, as it can use the existing traveling-wave directional protection of transmission lines instead of the dedicated bus protection equipments, and use the wavelet algorithm to deal with the synchronization problem of the general distributed configuration.The theoretical analysis and EMTP simulation tests show that the bus protection operates rapidly and reliably, and that its performance is free from the influences of various fault types, fault path resistance, fault position and fault inception angle.
