摘要
通过原子吸收光度法测定新疆南部三种绵羊血清 Na+、K+和 Ca++的含量。结果表明 :肉脂兼用型品种多浪羊和巴音布鲁克羊的血清 Na+.K+的含量明显高于羔皮型品种的卡拉库尔羊 ,差异极显著。而羔皮型品种的卡拉库尔羊血清 Ca++的含量高于肉脂兼用型 。
In this research the content of blood serum's Na +、K +and Ca ++ in three breed sheep of South Xingjiang are determined by atomic absorption pectrophotometry. It indicated that the content of blood Serum's Na +、 K + in the mutton-wool sheep named Doulong and Bayinbuluke are more than the lambskin Chinese KaraKu,and it is the most remarkable different(p<0.01).The content of blood serum's Ca ++ in the lambskin Chinese KaraKu is more than the mutton-wool sheep, and the difference is the most remarkable than Doulong yet ( p <0.01).
