摘要
本项研究采用人工培育的堆型艾美耳球虫 (Eimeria acervulina)早熟株 ,以不同剂量接种雏鸡 ,并测定其血钠、血钾、血糖、血红蛋白的变化。结果表明 ,雏鸡接种的剂量不同对血液理化指标均有影响 ,其中 0 .5× 10 4个 /只剂量组的指标与对照组差异不显著 ,显示对雏鸡可能具有较好的免疫保护作用 。
The chicken were orally inoculated with spored oocysts Eimeria acervulina praecox in artificial cultivation. The changes of Ca、Na、K and hemoglobin were examined. The result showed the E.acervulina praecox of different doses had effects on physiologic and biochemical parameters of the chickens, in which 0.5×10 4 dose results were mostly the same to the group. The dose can be regarded as reference-dose in immune-protection.
