摘要
以高压液相色谱(HPLC)为分析手段,测定真丝织物与聚马来酸(PMA)交联反应后残液中多元羧酸浓度的变化,研究了焙烘温度对真丝织物与聚马来酸(PMA)交联反应程度的影响.研究结果指出:聚马来酸与真丝的交联反应符合假一级反应的规律,交联反应的活化能为102.28KJ/mol,频率因子为23.807.
Kinetic data (rate constant, Arrhenius activation energy and frequency factor) of the cross-linking reaction of polymaleic acid with silk have been determined by means of isocratic HPLC measuring the proportion of polymaleic acid that does not react with silk. The relationship of cure temperature and cross-linking reaction degree of polymaleic acid with silk was studied. The results show that cross-linking reaction of polymaleic acid with silk can be described as a pseudo-first-order reaction, and the Arrhenius activation energy and frequency factor of cross-linking reaction are 101.46 KJ/mol, 23.802 respectively.
