摘要
SY是一种酸性染料固色剂,应用于真丝织物具有一定的防皱效果。对SY的固色性能及对真丝织物的防皱性能进行了综合测试分析,得出了较佳的SY应用参数:SY用量30 g/L,在70℃下处理35 min,烘干后,在150℃下焙烘3 min。整理后的真丝织物干、湿摩擦牢度一般可达4级或4级以上,真丝织物的折皱回复角也有明显提升。SY对真丝织物的防皱效果低于真丝防皱剂JY-S05,但其对织物色变的影响更小。
As an acid-dye-fixative-agent, SY can be used in silk fabric to achieve certain anti-wrinkle effect. In this research, the fixing properties and wrinkle-free performances of SY in silk fabric are tested and analyzed comprehensively. The optimized application parameters can be obtained as followings： SY optimum dosage of 30g/L, fixing at 70℃ for 35rains, then drying and curing at 150℃ for 3rains. After finished, dry/wet rubbing fastness of silk fabric are generally up to 4 grade or above. Meanwhile, the wrinkle recovery angle of silk fabric is also improved significantly. Anti-wrinkle effect of SY is less than silk wrinkle agent JY - S05, but also less effects on color change.
