文中介绍了一种基于惯性敏感技术的新型石英转速传感器 (QRS) ,测量转速简单、可靠 。
A new type of sensor which based on inertial-sensing principles,the Quartz rate sensor(QRS) is described.It provides a simple, reliable measurement of rotational velocity.The application design in instrumentation and control system is discussed.
