摘要
本文简述了我国湿度传感器的发展潜力、应用领域、种类、特性以及国内外的研究现状及其之间存在的差距,分析了目前湿度传感器在应用方面存在的精度、寿命、互换性不一致、湿度特性滞后以及稳定性问题等。由此着重论述了湿度传感器在工艺上、敏感材料选择、配套二次仪表、传感器多功能化和智能化等方面的发展方向和国内、外市场预测。得出了发展湿度传感器是我国在“八五”期间最有潜力的经济产品之一的结论。
This paper briefly states the potentiality of development,the applied fields,the kinds and properties of the humid transducer inour country,and the status and differences of research at home andabroad.The existing problems of application of humid transducer,suchas precision,lifetime,exchangability,humid sluggishness and stabil-ity,are analysed here.The paper emphatically discusses the development direction of the humid transducer in technology,sensitive mate-rials selection,necessary instruments and meters,multi-functions andintelligence,and the market predictions in our country and overseas.The conclusion is drawn that developing humid transducer has the great-est economic value during the course of the EighthFive-year plan.
