摘要
根据炭黑疏水性的特点 ,本试验采用油团聚工艺成功地处理了炭黑废水。经处理后 ,出水中炭黑含量小于 5.0 mg/ L,出水可回用 ,回收的炭黑用四氯化碳处理后 ,经过滤干燥可得到含水率小于 1 .0 %的炭黑 ,油相可回用。
The waste water containing carbon black was treated successfully by oil agglomeration process according to the characteristic of hydrophobicity of carbon black.After the treatment,the concentration of carbon black was less than 1.0mg/L in discharged effluent,and the treated wastewater could be reused.The recovered carbon black can be treated by CHCl 4,and then be filtrated and dried with the result of water percentage of carbon black less than 1.0%.In the meantime,the recovered oil phase could be reused.
