摘要
采用吸尘法与洗涤法对废弃炭黑包装袋中的炭黑与包装袋进行分离，使炭黑和包装袋分别得到回收利用，同时采用混凝法对洗涤包装袋产生的炭黑废水进行治理，为轮胎生产企业废弃炭黑包装袋的治理提供了一条新途径，并可望取得明显的社会和经济效益。
A new method for recycling the waste carbon black package is proposed.The residual black is seperated from the package with dust collecting and washing method.The waste water resulted from washing process is treated with a coagulation method.The remarkable social and economical benefits can be obtained by using the said recycling method.
