为有效控制广州市的SO2 污染 ,对常用的SO2 污染控制措施进行了费效分析 ,利用费效分析优选结果对各措施进行组合 ,形成了广州市SO2
In order to effectively control SO 2 pollution in Guangzhou, a does cost effective analysis for the SO 2 control measures in common use was proceed. Based on the optimum selected control measures from cost effective analysis, an optimized SO 2 control scheme for Guangzhou was formulated Not only can the scheme provide decision making bases for governmental management departments and the owners of factories when they make efforts to tackle SO 2 pollution, but also it can make SO 2 pollution control more scientific & efficient, and especially save investment loss.
