摘要
本文运用0—1混合整数规划理论,建立污染物排放总量控制优化分配模型。并以实例,验证该模型的实用性。
Based upon the theory of 0—1 mixed integral program, an optimization model for the allocation of total emission amount control is presented.A case study has shown that the established mathematical model is practicable.
