摘要
分析了新时期我国耕地资源总量动态平衡的内涵和变化特点,提出了维持耕地资源动态平衡和可持续利用的途径。
The characteristics and connotation of the dynamic equilibrium in the total amount of farmland were analyzed. The ways of keeping dynamic equilibrium of the total amount of cultivated land resources and sustainable utilization of cultivated land in new period in China were put forward.
