摘要
本文根据信息和组织决策权相结合的组织设计原则，提出了组织决策结构优化的内在决定因素是信息让渡成本和决策权代理成本的总和最小化，并由此分析了专用信息与通用信息、弱信息与代理成本、信息技术对组织决策结构的影响关系。
Based on the principle of organization design, which combines information with organizational decision rights, we argue that the total cost minimum which consists of the cost of information alienation and the agent cost of decision rights is the essential factor of organizational decision structure. The influence of several factors on organizational decision structure is discussed as follows: general－purpose information and special information, poor information and agent cost, and information technology.
