摘要
在企业合作创新理论研究中,理论界已作了关于企业合作创新的组织模式及其选择的研究和企业合作创新网络的对象选择与运行机制的讨论。企业合作创新模式是一种集群式的创新,是一种反复交易的组织,相对于传统的以组织内创新为主的创新模式而言,企业合作化的创新模式有其无法替代的优势。根据企业合作创新的组织设计原则及设计程序,可以设计出企业合作创新组织的拓扑结构。
Among the researches on enterprises＇ cooperation innovation, there have been some researches on the organizational mode of enterprises＇ cooperation innovation and its choice and some discussions about the object choice and running mechanism of the network of enterprises＇ cooperation innovation. The enterprises＇ cooperation innovation mode is a clustering and repeating mode. Compared with the traditional innovation mode chiefly focused on inner - organization, the enterprises＇ innovation cooperation mode has its own irreplaceable advantages. Moreover, the enterprises＇ innovation cooperation organization topological structure can be designed out according to the principle and program of the enterprises＇ innovation cooperation organization.
