综述了植酸酶的种类、来源、酶学特性、酸活的测定方法、当前国内外对植酸酶高产菌株的研究进展 。
The classes, sources and properties of phytase, test way of phytase activity and the research advance on highly productive strains as well as the effect of supplying phytase on nutritive value of feeds and production performance of animal were reviewed.
