摘要
本文采用SPAN为乳化剂,进行丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸盐(钠、钾、铵盐)反相乳液共聚合。研究了丙烯酰胺的精制方式,单体总浓度及引发剂种类等对共聚产物特性粘数[η]的影响,并采用真空共沸蒸馏法,提高胶乳的固含量。提浓后聚合物含量可达47%。
Using SPAN as the emulsifier, inverse emulsion copolymerization of acrylamide—acrylate (sodium, potassium and ammonium salt) was investigated. Some factors which affect the intrinsic viscosity [η] of copolymers have been studied. These factors iaclude the purifying method of acrylamide, total comonomer concentration, initiator varieties and so on.
A method of azeotropie distillation in vacuum was examined for concentrating the latexes obtained. After concentration, the polymed content in the latexes reached 47%.
