摘要
目的 :探讨变异型白细胞分化抗原 (CD44 V6 )在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCL C)中的表达情况以及其与肺癌浸润和转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 SP法 ,对 37例 NSCL C组织进行 CD44 V6的检测。结果 :CD44 V6表达与 NSCL C组织学分型无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;同 NSCL C分级无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;按 U ICC- TNM分期 , 期和 期中 CD44 V6表达显著高于 期 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;与未转移者相比 ,发生淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中 CD44 V6表达明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :CD44 V6阳性表达可能对临床评估非小细胞肺癌进展及淋巴结转移具有一定意义。
Objective:To study the expression of CD44V6 in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)and to understand the correlation of expression of CD44V6 with the histologic types,degrees of differentiation,clinical stages as well as lung cancer in vasion and metastasis.Methods:The expression of CD44V6 was observed in 37 NSCLC using anti CD44V6 monoclonal antibody by SP immunohisto chemical method. Result:CD44V6 was mainly expressed in NSCLC.The expression of CD44V6 is independent from tumor histopathological grading (P>0 05).In different tumor stages,expression of CD44V6 in stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ were much higher than stage Ⅰ (P<0 05).Compared with lung cancer without metastasis,lung cancer with lymphnode metastasis showed strang expression of CD44V6(P<0 01).Conclusion:Expression of CD44V6 may be of great significance for the evaluation of the progress,degree of differentiation and lymphnode metastasis,of non small cell lung cancer.
