摘要
利用管式反应器,在排除内外扩散条件下,进行了水蒸汽存在时铁铬中变催化剂氢气还原动力学的研究.得到了氢气含量、还原温度、还原时间和汽/气比等各因素对还原速率的影响。还原速率服从缩芯模型、其还原动力学方程为:(da)/(dθ)=1.6952 exp(-(1.342×10~4)/(R_2·T))(Y_(H_2))^(0.1526)·(Y_(H_2O))^(-0.7983)·(1-α)^(0.6525)
After eliminating the effects of internal and external diffusion resistances,the reduction kinetics of the high temperature shift catalyst with hydrogen was studied in the presence of steam by using a tube reactor.The result shows that the reduction is a fast reaction.The effects of hydrogen content and reduction temperature are small on the reducing ratio of catalyst.The reducing ratio of catalyst decreases with the increasing of steam—to—gas ratio.The Shrinking—Core Model is applicable to the reduction reaction.The reduction kinetics equation obtaied is: dα/dθ=1.6952·exp(-1.3442·10~4/R_g·T)·(Y_(H_2))^(0.1528)·(Y_(H_O))^(-.07983)·(1-α)^(0.6525)
