摘要
改变铁-铬系中温变换催化剂的制备方法,得到了与国产 B_(107)不同的新型中温变换催化剂 BI。经 X 射线衍射(XRD)和电子显微镜(TEM)分析发现,BI 催化剂中主体相为单一的γ-Fe_2O_3相,而B_(107)催化剂主体相为α-Fe_2O_3和γ-Fe_2O_3两相的混合物。经活性测试表明,主体相为单一γ-Fe_2O_3相的 BI 催化剂在低温活性、耐热性等方面都比 B_(107)催化剂好,这说明了 Fe_2O_3晶型对铁-铬系中温变换催化剂的活性、耐热性有不同影响,而γ-Fe_2O_3晶型对其活性、耐热性的提高有促进作用。
Fe-Cr system medium temperature water-gas shift catalysts are prepared withdifferent technological processes.Fe_2O_3 crystalline phase of the Fe-Cr shift catalystshas been studied with XRD and TEM.Results indicate that B107 catalyst is com-posed of two main phase including α-Fe_2O_3 and γ-Fe_2O_3,but BI catalyst preparedby mixed-precipitation is composed of single γ-Fe_2O_3 phase.The BI catalyst hashigher low-temperature catalytic activity than B107 catalyst.
