摘要
以石油焦为原料 ,采用自制活化剂制备天然气炭质吸附剂 ,采用静态低温氮吸附容量法对吸附剂进行有关结构参数的测定。并用自制的吸附评价装置 ,采用质量法对吸附剂的有效贮气量进行测定。实验考察了活化剂用量、活化温度和活化时间对吸附剂结构参数的影响。并把吸附剂制备工艺条件与其结构及贮气性能进行了有益的关联。实验结果表明 ,活化剂用量、活化温度和活化时间都决定着活化反应的深度。在影响单位体积吸附剂贮气性能的几个要素中 。
