摘要
研究了 5种常绿树木对镉污染胁迫的反应 ,实验结果表明 ,在高浓度镉胁迫下 ,5种树木叶片的叶绿素含量、细胞质膜透性、过氧化氢酶活性及镉富集量等生理生化特性均产生明显变化 ,但变化不尽一致。其中 ,黄杨、海桐 ,杉木抗镉污染能力优于香樟和冬青。
The response on five species of evergreen trees under Cd stress was studied. The experiment results show that physiological and biochemical indexes, such as chlorophyll content, cell membrane permeability, catalase activity and content of Cd, etc. were all changed obviously under high concentration Cd stress, but with different characters. The lead tolerance of \%Euonymus japonica, Cinnamomum camphora\% and \%Ptiiosporum tobira\% were better than that of \%Ilex purpurea\% and \%Cunninghamia lanceolata.\%
