摘要
根据费用 /进度控制的基本原理 ,给出适合投资控制的水利水电工程费用构成 .在此基础上 ,建立了各类费用控制目标的设置模型以及合同项目投资控制目标设置模型 .所建立的模型为研究费用 /进度控制系统行为状态和集成控制信息系统奠定了基础 .
According to the basic principle of cost/schedule control for water and hydropower projects,cost constitutions suitable for cost control are put forward.Then,the models for each kind of cost and contract cost are estabished,which provide a basis for the study of cost/schedule behaviour state and integrated control information system.
