摘要
目的 :观察自配含漱液治疗放射性口腔炎的疗效。方法 :比较自配含漱液与常规含漱液对放射性口腔炎的治疗效果。结果 :治疗组有效率为 82 % ,对照组有效率为 2 2 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 P <0 .0 5。结论 :自配含漱液能降低放射性口腔炎的发生 ,有利于患者的连续放疗。
Objective:To observe the preventive effect of the self made compound mouthwash on radioactive stomatitis.Methods:The observational cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group The treated group took self made compound mouthwash and the control group used the normal compound mouthwash Result:The effective rate of the treated group was 82%,but that of the control group was 22%,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0 05) Conclusion:The self made compound mouthwash is propitious to the continuous radiation therapy and it's effective to the radioactive stomatitis
