摘要
目的 :探讨巨噬细胞炎症蛋白 - 1α (MIP- 1α)在支气管哮喘发病机理中的作用 ,并探讨其作为评价哮喘气道炎症的临床价值。方法 :收集 12例过敏性哮喘患者、 8例非过敏性哮喘患者、 10例无哮喘的过敏体质者以及 10名正常对照者的血清 ,以酶联免疫吸附法测定其中 MIP- 1α水平。结果 :哮喘患者无论是过敏性还是非过敏性 ,血清 MIP- 1α水平均明显高于有过敏体质但无哮喘的患者以及正常人 ;急性发作期哮喘患者治疗后 MIP- 1α水平明显降至正常水平 ,此外 ,血清可溶性 IL-2受体和嗜酸阳离子蛋白水平与 MIP- 1α水平密切相关。结论 :MIP- 1α参与了哮喘的发病过程 ,其机制很可能与它们能够激活炎症细胞有关。监测血清 MIP- 1α水平的动态变化可较好地反映出气道炎症的反应过程 ,对哮喘有一定的诊断价值。
Objective:To explore the roles for macrophage inflammatory protein 1α(MIP 1α) in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma,and to evaluate the clinical values of this chimokine in the diagnosis of asthma Methods:Serum samples were obtained from 12 allergic asthmatics,8 non allergic asthmatics,10 non asthma allergic and 10 non asthma non asthma allergic subjects.ELISA method was used to determine the concentrations of MIP 1α in serum.Results:MIP 1α levels in both allergic and non allergic asthmatics were much higher than those in non asthma allergic or non asthme non allergic subjects,An efficient anti asthma treatment led to significant decreases in MIP 1α level in patients with acute asthma.It was also found that serum concentrations of soluble IL 2 receptor and eosinophil cationic protein were all positively correlated to MIP 1α levels,respectively.Conclusions:MIP1 α are involved in the asthmatic process possibly by activating inflammatory cells Concentration of MIP 1α in serum can be used to monitor the inflammatory process occurring in the asthmatic airways,they have partial value for the diagnosis of bronchial asthma
