摘要
本文观察了斑腿树蛙(RhacophorusLeucomystar)早期胚胎发育过程,并用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳法研究了各个胚胎发育阶段的酯酶同工酶谱。研究结果表明:囊胚期前,各个阶段酯酶同工酶谱基本相似,而进入囊胚期后,随着胚层的分化,神经管及心跳、开口出现,同工酶谱逐渐发生变化,主要表现为慢带逐渐消失和快带增加。发育时间相距越远,酶谱差异越大。
This paper investigates the course of early embryo development of Rhacophorus Leucomystar and, with polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis(PAGE), analyzes the esterase isozyme zymograms in different stages of embryo development. Results show that the esterase isozyme zymograms are similar in different stages before embryonary sac phase, but afer that, the zymograms gradually vary with the embryo differentiation as nurve tube, heart beats and mouthopening appear the changes are mainly in the form of gradual disappearance of slowemzyme bandsand increase of fast emzyme bands. The longer the time between the two phases, the greater the difference between the zymograms.
