摘要
对12只切除盲肠的青年伊莎公鸡,用真代谢能法,以无氮日粮法和绝食法测定了鸡代谢氨基酸+内源氨基酸(简称AAmf+AAeu)的排出量,结果表明无氮日粮法的测定值显著高于绝食法(p<0.05)。试验还表明无氮日粮中纤维含量高低对AAmf+AAeu排出量没有影响。建议采用无氮日粮法进行AAmf+AAeu的矫正。
The excretion of AAmf+AAeu was estimated with 12 caecectomized cockerels fed mtrogen free diets or fasted under the conditions of true metadolizable energy (TME)assay. The excretion of AAmf+AAeu by the birds fed nitrogen free diets was significantly higher than that by the birds fasted (P<0.05).The result also indicated that content of crude fibre in the nitrogen free diets had no influence on the excretion of AAmf+AAeu. It is suggested that nitrogen free diet technique be used as a method for determing excretion of AAmf+AAeu.
