摘要
自核盘菌腐烂菌核和油菜等七种植物地上部分健康组织表面分离到163株细菌。平板测定表明,其中的31株对油菜菌核病菌有抑制作用.被抑制核盘菌菌丝顶端出现褐变,菌丝壁溃解,原生质凝聚为颗粒状并外渗,以反形成小型分生孢子等变化。用拮抗作用强的3个菌株发酵液涂布于接种的油菜离体叶片,其菌核病的抑制率达48.3—100.0%;并用这3个菌株发酵液喷于盆栽和大田油菜叶片,其防效达41.6—86.89%。
Bacterial isolates were obtained by isolation from the decayed sclerotia of sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the surface of the above ground tissul of seven sepcies of plants.Dual cultures on PDA with 0.3% beef extract showed that, of the total of 163 bacterial isolats obtained, 31 were antagonistic to Scleroiinia sclerotiorum.Hyphal tips of S.sclerotiorum at the inhibition zone turned brown and their morphological alternations were microscopicilly obervde, including granulation of the cytoplasma,leakage of the granulated cytoplasma, necrosis of the hyphal wall and mass production of microconidia. When screened through in vitro tests on the rapeseed leaf disks, greenhouse pot experiment on the rapeseed seedlings and a preliminary field test on the flowering rapeseed plants, three bacterial antagonists were effective at suppressing the sclerotinia disease of rapeseed.
