摘要
介绍了一种利用 89C5 1单片机研制的对汽车发动机气缸套的几个重要尺寸和形位公差进行自动检测的系列成品检测系统 ,对其工作原理、硬件电路以及软件设计进行了详细的论述。
This paper introduces an intelligent quality-testing system for cylinder liner of automotive engine developed using a 89C51 single chip microcomputer.It can be used to test the important size and tolerance of formand position of all kinds of cylinder liner.The principle, circuit and design of the software are discussed in detail in this paper.
