摘要
介绍了一套适用于检定小口径流量计的静态容积法流量计检定系统,并详细阐述了该系统的软硬件组成、功能特点及运行情况。该系统以工控机为核心,在软件上采用了基于Windows环境下的Labview开发平台;在硬件上通过多功能数据采集卡和控制电路板之间的交互信息实现了对执行机构的控制,同时对被检流量计输出的不同信号进行数据采集。通过现场应用,验证了该系统运行的可靠性和稳定性,达到了国家检定规程中的有关要求。
Introduced a calibration system of mirror caliber flowmeters, using static state volumetric method. Features of functions, composing of apphcation software and hardware, as well as operation status were described in details. The system regards industrial control computer as the core, adopts Labview developing platform under Windows platform in the software; controls the executive machine and collects different signal that flowmeter output through the mutual information between the mufti-function data collecting card and control circuit board.The system can run reliability and stability in the field use. It can meet the demand of nation＇s calibration regulations.
